myNEO will be present at the 18th CIMT Annual Meeting, Europe's largest specialty meeting on cancer immunotherapy research, translation, and development. The plenary sessions range from pre-clinical research to clinical development on the topics of neoantigens, cellular therapy, computational immunology, tumor microenvironment, combination therapies, regulatory research, therapeutic vaccination, and immunoguiding.
Bruno Fant will present the following two topics during the eTalk session 1 at 2-3 pm, Monday May 10:
- Novel machine-learning tools improve cost-effective development of personalised immunotherapies: lowering false positive rates in the search for actionable (personalised and largely shared) immunogenic neoantigens
- Novel algorithm discovers up to 27% more epitopes translated from non-coding regions in cold tumours
