At myNEO we believe that body and mind are equally important. As we all have desk jobs, we enforce frequent breaks and good sitting posture during the day. And, that's also why we take the time to organize once in a while a sports activity to be active together.
Recently we went to the Kristallijn in Ghent where we enjoyed some ice skating together.
